Alcohol rehab is classified into two distinct types of programs – the outpatient format and the residential or in-patient type. Out-patient alcohol rehab offers the individual many of the same features that the residential facility does and the individual participates in these treatment and recovery elements during the day. They are allowed to return home in the evening.
